** Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging. **

AJ's term of REFUND:
Refunds are provided by exchanges of the same or another product only or as Store Credits until you make your next purchase. Refer to FAQ for more info.


Only defective items may be returned and exchanged for another item.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Email us asap, within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
2. Returns must include all original packaging and tags.
3. Include a note stating the reason for the return noting the authorization code we give you.
4. Return to the address that we provide asap (all products have different return requirements).

5. Returns are carefully inspected to ensure products have not been tampered with before issuing you a refund.
6. Refunds are processed as soon as they are approved; up to 15 days for some items.

7. Items returned without out a "tracking" number may get "lost"; some how. This happens rarely with AJ's but it has happened to us with our personal purchases. It is up to the customer to accept a loss if AJ's does not receive the returned product.

Tracking numbers provide peace of mind that the items will be received.

Never have we lost an item with a tracking number but have experienced many loses with no tracking numbers.

Any items returned to us:
Without original tags in place.
That appear to have been worn.
Not sent back in the condition it was sent out.
You will not receive credit in any form.


Merchandise returned without an authorization code or returned unreasonably 'late' will be refused.


If AJ’s suspect that the goods have been used or tampered with or if any of the above conditions are not met then AJ’s reserve’s the right to not provide a refund.

AJ’s is not obligated to return the item to you.

Return shipping is to be covered by the Customer.


AJ's does not refund (credit) shipping fees or any associated fees.


REFUSED OR UN-DELIVERABLE DELIVERIES: 30% Restocking fee will apply and in some cases no refund at all.
